As leaders and managers, we typically focus on what needs to get done and when it should be completed. This approach was most effective when the work being done was transactional \u2014 complete 100 widgets in 8 hours and that\u2019s a job well done. Today, the nature of the work being done in many organizations is different \u2014 things are fluid, shifting as quickly and as often as the world is changing.<\/h3>\n

That\u2019s why our focal point is on how people work in order to continually adapt to the forces that might get in the way of building a truly sustainable culture and organization.<\/h3>\n
